When you first use our Help Desk, you will need to sign-up for a new account. If you ever forget your Help Desk password, you can request to have a new password sent to you.
Our servers and network are constantly being monitored to ensure that they are running properly. If a server goes down or loses its connectivity, we are paged immediately and we are usually working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.
We make every attempt to return calls within a few hours during our normal support hours. We do not check voicemail after hours or on the weekend. If you leave a voicemail, we will call you the following business day.
